Very friendly staff, clean hotel, includes an indoor pool and gym in the lower level, a couple of restaurants, and a lounge. Perfectly situated within driving distance to the metro and the mall. 5Rooms: 4.5Service: 2.6Value: 4.7Dining: 3more on Travelocity

Professional staff, I complained about our tub not draining and the front desk sent maintenance up immediately and fixed the problem and then offered us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience (very accomodating because the breakfast value for 3people is $50) I also had to complain about us only having 1 bar of soap and housekeeping not only bought more soap, but body wash also. Pool/jacuzzi very nice with nice dim lightings. Bar very nice and made my daughter feel like a big girl and very welcomed because they gave her apple juice in a wine glass. The next day my daughter didn't want to leave because she loved the hotel so jokingly I said call the front desk and ask them if you can stay a little longer, and they actually told her we didnt have to check out until 1:30. Very accomodating hotel, will defintely return. 4more on Travel Yahoo

This place is great. Not too far from the Metro and near a mall and many places to eat. The beds are excellent and the pool is nice. The rooms are average sized with new furniture and bedding. The lobby has a bar and restaurant but we did not go in there. The staff is not overly friendly but will assist you when needed. Only complaint was that we were told we could have early check in at 10 am and could not check in until 1:30 pm. 5Service: 4Value: 5more on Travel Yahoo
