This hotel, unlike the Best Western across the street, offers great service, and wonderful facilities. I love their fitness room! Buffet breakfast was wonderful and service extremely courteous. Even the housekeeping staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome when our family of five became "refugees" from the Best Western. I would highly recommend this facility and would definitely visit again.
I stayed at this hotel with my school group for a week while touring Washington. The room wasn't anything special, but was clean and had flat screen TVs. Each day we left early, and didn't get back until around 10 or 11 at night. All was well until the 3rd day.

Everyone goes into their rooms and find extreme problems. Items stolen, hidden, and placed in OTHER rooms. We had our suitcases zipped up and would return to find them unzipped and our items not where we left them. Clothes, cameras, cell phones, medications, and makeup are just some of the things TAKEN from the rooms. May I also add these things were NOT left out in the open.

The next issue was items being hidden in the rooms. People found their shoes in the back of drawers, items behind the beds, earrings under the screwed in TV. We believe that the maids did this so we would forget our belongings and they could take them.

The last major issue of this is items being place in other people's rooms. Razors, body wash, bags ( just to name a few) were found in OTHER peoples rooms.

Our lead teachers contacted the head of the hotel...but we left and nothing has been resolved and we still do not have our belongings back.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel EVER, and hope others take this post into consideration before staying there.
My wife and I checked in late - the staff was courteous and friendly, and despite the lateness of the hour, offered to help us get our bags up to the room. On our second night there, we spotted a car load of men in the back parking lot, playing loud music. We smelled a strong odor that smelled like funny incense coming from the car. We notified the manager on duty who promptly called the police. This caliber of service is what our whole weekend was like.

The room was clean and comfortable, and they brought us extra pillows for our son within minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The location is nice - right off 95, and 495 but you can't hear any highway noise. There is a large mall within walking distance as well as a few good restaurants for both fine food (Mike's Italian American) and cheap eats (McDonalds, KFC, and a few mom/pop places), again all within walking distance.

We enjoyed the indoor pool immensely, and the breakfast in the morning was good - they had enough fare to satisfy both the carnivore and herbivore. The fruit was fresh (we stayed in the middle of January) and the service was excellent even as (again) we were running late that morning thanks to my son - we arrived moments before the breakfast bar was to be taken down.

We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.
