This was easy on and off from the thruway and very close to restaurants and downtown Rockville. The price is the cheapest you will find.

"If you are looking for a BASIC place to put your head down, then this is the place. Clean, good shower, good bed but lumpy hypoalergenic pillows. The HVAC unit was a little noisy and difficult to regulate. Probably good value for the price. "
