The staff were always friendly and were always ready to assist. The hotel is located one block from Bethesda Avenue (shops, theatres, movies,restaurants) and is located on Metro Center One(easy traveling to sights in DC). The Daily Grind and Morton's restaurants are excellent and located in the hotel.. Read review

some friendly folks ie concierge - but second hand smoke in non-smoking rooms, and received no attention or concern from staff about this - suspect serious ventilation problem. Had to strongly insist that the group rate we were quoted would be honoured ( they badly mismanaged the group booking) - seem to be adminstrative issues here that should be non-existant at the prices they charge for rooms. Great location though, and the restaurant meals were good.
