Great location for our needs but the rooms tend to be very noisy. Street sounds and air conditioning.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the security is great, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has been tasty, with a varied selection. The location is great, in downtown Silver Spring, near shopping, movies and restaurants. We haven't used the pool yet, but it looks lovely.

We have family in the area and when we visit, the house is usually "booked" :-). We stay at this hotel. In fact, we've been staying there since it first opened and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and efficient, the security is great, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has been tasty, with a varied selection. The location is great, in downtown Silver Spring, near shopping, movies and restaurants. We haven't used the pool yet, but it looks lovely.

The room had a great view on the top floor and of course its in downtown Silver Spring which means the location is great. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge.

This Marriott is Brand-new. Plasma TV screens in the lobby. Internet with keyboard in the rooms. Excellent service. Clean rooms.<br>The hotel however isn&#39;t complete yet and did not have a fitness room and pool yet but to make up for it they give you a free pass to Gold&#39;s Gym. A little hard to find but over-all it was Excellent!
