They actually called there trip in New York short and contacted the front desk at the Ritz to see if they could return. In addition to a very clean environment, this Ritz has awesome service with a smile.. Read review

The location is excellent, the hotel is good for conferences and the staff is very friendly. 2) Bathrooms are HUGE and the fitness facilities are exceptional. Beverage presentations are always very nice.
