I booked a month in advance and was able to reserve a king room for $83 a night. It was a small room but very clean and modern. Everything we requested was ready and waiting for us on our arrival (roll-away bed, refrigerator, high floor).

One pays for this hotel because it is three blocks from Metro (Blue & Orange lines) and just across the bridge from the west end of Georgetown. The convenience is worth every penny in Washington, which is not car friendly in any manner. Staying later than checkout, the front desk will give you extra hours for your car in the hotel parking lot and that saves money and hassle. The rooms are small if that bothers you and the Potomac River is the flight path for Reagan National airport. The little bit of noise didn't bother my sleep. My calculation was what I would have saved from less expensive hotels further out was lost on inconvenience, time, money, and hassle getting into Washington from the suburbs. Plus, Georgetown is not near a metro stop!

Great hotel - hard to locate from the Metro

I stayed at the Key Bridge Marriott over the Memorial Day weekend. A little hard to find from the Metro station - about a 15 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and very nice. The Concierge - Kim - was the best I've ever been in contact with. Extremely helpful. Access to the internet is free in the business center - a limit of 15 minutes if anyone is waiting. Restaurants were decent and the food very good. Rooms were very clean.
