Hyatt Regency Crystal City - Washington, USA

The hotel is attractive, and the furnishings are modern. The room was a great size, and very near to the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room had a huge window, so it was bright and open. <br><br>However, you will be nickel and dimed for everything. Internet service($10 per day), parking, bottled water, and forget about the food. We had to pay almost $30 for one bowl of oatmeal, one glass of juice and an english muffin. Yet, there are no in-room fridges where you can keep drinks or snacks, and the coffee shop in the lobby is just as expensive. There was no minibar, so if you wanted a drink in-room, you had to call room service. We also found that they do not use fitted sheets, so every night the bottom sheet would move and we would end up directly on the mattress- kind of gross. Our neighbor next door sat her room service tray out after breakfast, and it did not get picked up until after midnight that night. <br><br>All in all, the relatively small inconveniences added up to a less-than-perfect stay. I would only recommend if you get a REALLY good deal. Otherwise, look for a hotel that offers more- without breaking the bank!

Likes: Friendly staff, well mannered, educated on surrounding areas, and tour friendly. Very clean and prompt on service. Enjoyed all events that were set up, and would recommend this hotel to everyone. <br><br>Hotel managers care about guest and staff.<br><br>Tour desk, readily available and has abundant information, reasonable prices, and willing to work to accomondate your needs.<br><br>Bellhops and Shuttles Prompt to accomondate your needs. Shuttle minutes from Metro system and downtown area.<br><br>Dislikes: Too far for weekend getaway.

Nice hotel, clean, and staff helpful and friendly. Pool was cloudy due to a few hundred teenagers on a field trip for the weekend and somewhat out of control. Management worked with us and gave us a room where we would be least disturbed. I would stay again due to the cooperative nature of the staff. Location is good, but not near metro but will shuttle you to nearest

I loved going here. I went with friends and we all had a great time. Plus they have great tv and terrific internet severice my laptop worked great there. I LOVED IT!
