The location is very good and the staff is kind. Moreover free wireless internet access is a win, a

convenient you a rushing in the mornings. . Read review

Location was good for my needs and the hotel staff was very nice. Room was ok for budget business travel - clean, they provided free of cost: wireless connection. . Read review

The location was close to my meeting in Crystal City but the cost was much lower than anything closer. The lobby is not very impressive (the plain clothes police officer sitting as a security guard didn't help, but I was a late arrival), but the room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave along with free WiFi.. I called the front desk and asked them for some, and they told me that they do not give out blinkets. The pool was murky with things floating around in it, and is not heated. This hotel is gross, and the service is terrible.
Gross hotel with terrible service Posted: Wed, Jul 08 2009

I stayed at this hotel during my 8th grade DC trip, and this hotel was gross. There were ants crawling close to the beds on the floor, and my friend had a spider crawling on her leg while she was in the bathroom. <br>Also this hotel DOES NOT give you extra sheets, blinkets, pillows, or anything. I brought a blow up mattress because I was staying in a room with two other girls so i was stuck on the floor. I checked the closet and drawers for blinkets, but had no luck. I called the front desk and asked them for some, and they told me that they do not give out blinkets. The cleaning lady came into our room as we were getting changed and she did not even knock! I do not recomend this hotel for anyone. It is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. The pool was murky with things floating around in it, and is not heated. This hotel is gross, and the service is terrible.
I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone! Posted: Sat, May 09 2009

Our Washington DC tour was booked for 4 nights at this hotel. One very angry, incompetent waitress was left to serve us. They had laid off all the rest of the wait staff that day even though they knew they had a bus load of 45 people coming in late and hungry that evening! Our escort had contacted the hotel several times, including that day and told them that we would need to eat when we got there! It took over one hour to be waited on and another hour to receive our orders. When my potato skins were thrown on the table in front of me, they had jalapeno peppers on them. (This was all I ordered). When I told her that I couldn't eat them because I was allergic to those peppers, she said "well you shouldn't have ordered them then." I've never had them on potato skins!!! Everyone got their money back. Almost of us went to bed hungry that night with negative feelings about our treatment! The hotel has nothing around it such as other restaurants so we had no choice. It is also in a crummy neighborhood. The carpet in my room was ripped for approximately 16 to 20 inches. Carpet dirty! The power outlet in the bathroom was upside down. Dirty marks on the wallpaper. Holes in the blanket! It took 2 days to get floor vaccumed and bed made! The TV remote did not work. There are NO grab bars on the bathtub for safety. Hair dryer was under the sink, not hooked up. When I asked why this was, I was told that they were not allowed to hang them up. We stayed at two other hotels on this trip and the hair dryers were hung on the wall! Altogether, this place is a disaster!
