It was also nice to have two sinks- one inside the bathroom and one outside. All appliances (TV, coffee-maker) were in fine working condition. The beds were comfortable and seemed fresh and clean.

The location and price per night make this a good option when staying in DC. The room itself was very acceptable and the bathroom was clean. I would stay there again because the price was right and the location was convenient.
However, the air conditioning was not working in the hallway on our floor which created a musty, unpleasant smell amd the carpet in the hallway was old and stained.

This hotel is probably good for a one night visit in the location. Facilities were adequate but you can tell that the hotel is not in it's prime. It was probably formerly a Holiday Inn Express or other chain hotel. Amenities were at best were limited. Hotel staff while helpful and alert, really didn't understand English that well --so communication was limited to the key words. The location was near to Reagan National Airport and just down the street for more affluent Hotels. But if you are on a budget and need a reasonable place to stay it is adeqate.

Comfort Inn was neither and has a good shuttle service to Pentagon City, connecting easily to the excellent Metro service.
