This is not the place to stay. Rooms are very small. The place is old and needs major overhaul. An attempt to remodel is on the cheap. People are friendly but can do only so much. The AC didn't work when we arrived but they did fix it the next day. There is a much better value at the Super 8 on Koval Lane around the corner. As a travel agent I wanted to see if the reviews were correct and whether I wound send someone there. Only as a last resort would this be an option to book.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Las Vegas, Americas Best Value Inn. Before we arrived I checked some of the reviews and found them mixed, both good & bad, so I prepared my wife for the worst. Upon arriving early we found the clerk to be very friendly and helpful. The Inn is a bit old school but we found our room 247, very bright, clean and appeared to have been recently printed, there was no coffee maker or hair dryer but we planned ahead and brought our own, no problem, I believe if you request them they are available. Like most LV visitors we spent little time in our room other then sleeping in a comfortable bed and showering in a nice big shower/tube with real hot water. Because we didn't spend a lot of time in our room whatever noises the airport offered we didn't find to be a problem, nor did we see any strangers about the property. The location is really great close to the strip and most hotels, we didn't use the pool but we did see others in the Pool and Jacuzzi enjoying themselves. Over all I'd say this is a place we'd stay again with no hesitation, just don't expect what you would get if you stayed at one of the big Resorts or major Hotels, which you'd pay much, much more for.
