Four Seasons Scottsdale - Scottsdale, USA 

We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much, though we would like to return "in season." Our room was lovely and they provided us with a little refrigerator as requested. The meals at both restaurants were excellent! The staff is friendly and most helpful. Our last night we were awakened by water dripping from the ceiling , soaking the carpeting at the side of the bed. Apparently, the upstairs neighbor's bathtub was overflowing (management 's explanation) but it continued for over 35 minutes. Though we had a 4AM wake-up, we had to wait and admit the resort engineer...who gave the bathtub diagnoses and left. They did adjust that night's room rate and gave us a breakfast sampler for our flight. We will stay there again.
