Great for business travelers in the financial district area. Free wireless internet. The hotel even provides free cookies and milk in the evening!

Nice modern rooms.

This was a small, quaint hotel. Rich outside Union Square in San Francisco. Clean and quiet. The only noise you could hear was the joint rooms starting shower. We would stay here again.

Location, on a busy street but very quiet.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel overall; friendly staff; very tidy room. The hotel had an on site restaurant and bar which was very convenient and room service was available nearly around the clock. Unfortunately, no ice or soda machines were to be found. Ice had to be requested through room service and any sort of drink had to be purchased through the overpriced honor bar or restaurant. Also, the room did not have a coffee pot or microwave.

Room presentation and friendliness of staff.

Missing coffee pot and no ice machine.
