The hotel was conveniently located. There were many places to eat aside from Mel's and the pub across the street. No fitness center, but 2 blks from 24hr. Fitness. Minutes from shopping, the Castro, Market St., Fisherman's Wharf and other sites. The hotel was really clean and quiet. It also looks much better than the pics. I would definitely return here.

This hotel was close to what we needed, bus lines events and family. Our room was big enough, and the staff was great and helpful.
The location, staff an the room size.
Room smelled badly of smoke , but everything else was good.

In all the hotel was nice, Carlos at the front desk was very helpful with info I requested from him!
Location and friendly staff, very helpful.
Bathroom in room very small & cramped, only one very small bar of soap.

I really liked the hotel and the staff. The only issues I had were the size of the room and how a little out of date it was and well the parking fee. Although I did get a discount because of A!
It was right in the center of everything! If we couldn't walk we would take a short trip on the Muni! It was awesome!
The room was really small.

For the price I paid through Priceline, it was worth the stay. Amenities were there,<BR/>continental breakfast served was substantial, attentiveness of staff and cleanliness good. Security at front door very assuring. Centrally located to all tourist attraction and easy freeway access to going south of the city.
Location was close to restaurants, and public transportation. The security at the front door was great as you need your room key to open lobby door.
Room with the queen bed was small though very clean.
