From San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge:
Coming in on Hwy 80 and leaving the bridge, get into the right lane. Continue to Hwy 101 North & Golden Gate Bridge. Then take the last exit off the freeway which is the Fell Street Exit. Follow Fell Street to the top of the hill, approximately five blocks, to Steiner Street (the street before Steiner is Fillmore) and turn right on Steiner Street. Follow Steiner Street approximately 1.5 miles or 18 blocks towards the S.F. Bay, and the Greenwich Inn will be on your left hand side at 3201 Steiner Street at the corner of Greenwich Street.
From Hwy 101 - San Francisco Airport Area:

Continue past the toll booths to the Lombard Street Exit. Continue on Lombard Street for approximately four blocks. Turn right on Steiner Street (the street before Steiner is Pierce Street). Go one block, and the Greenwich Inn is on your right hand side at 3201 Steiner Street at the corner of Greenwich Street.
