The bar/resturant next door was pretty cool, the rooms were clean and charming. Overall it was a good experience. Tons of shopping, but it's all stores that you can go to back at home, nothing unique. A<BR/>lot of hagglers and even though we were on the 7th floor, it was extremely noisy (honking, power washing, drilling, etc.).

It's a great hotel. It's in a cool old building. The rooms are neat, but small. It's location is immediately off of market street and right next to a BART terminal, making it literally steps from your plane. The staff was very helpful. But if you want a hotel that provides you with activities inside the facility then this is not the place for you. If you are looking to see San Francisco, then you can't beat what you're getting for the price.

2 twin room was tiny. Not enough room for 2 people with luggage. Beds were reasonably comfortable, place was clean, and attentive staff.

The rooms and bed were small but, worked for us. My only real complaint would be the sink. It was completely useless because it was so TINY! It would have been perfect for a 3 yr. old. The people at the front desk were very courteous and efficient. I would stay here again. The hotel has a lot of character.
