We had made a reservation for two but only received one hand/face towel. The room, especially the bathroom was very small. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The added security of using your room key to access any floor from the elevator was excellent.

Would be okay for a single business traveler.

The coffee pot didn't work, and there's no iron in the room. Came back the following day after being gone for 8 hrs, and the room hadn't been cleaned. The key card wouldn't open the door when we returned, because the battery was dead.

i had high expectations about the hotel from the pictures on the web and based on our prior priceline experience in the hilton in pasadena and the sheraton suites in san diego. However i was quite disappointed compared to our previous experiences. The rooms were dark unwelcoming. The reception aera was of a similar nature. We had extremely diasppointing seervice in the elephant and castle for breakfast and the food was also poor. it was quite noisy in the room where I satyed i.e. 901 and as mentioned earlier parking was expensive at $32 per night.

Low quality very tiny rooms that have paper thin walls.
