3Unfortunately the people running this hotel don't seem to have a great sense of organization. So....we arrived with 2 rooms reserved, they only knew of one. We were staying there the night before our reservation (on hotel points for free) and that gave us a enough time to insist on the other room (they were sold out) we had to move one room in mid-stay but they did find us a room.
The area is fine (that wasn't too easy to see from the website), the elevator never worked, the front desk was not a place to go for help.
