Good location in downtown San Francisco, we liked being near the Japantown mall and staff - all polite and helpful. Very comfortable room, a fabulous Asian-French fusion restaurant and i followed the suggestions of my knowledgeable waiter. Offering great Japanese.

The shower/bathtub area was huge, hotel desk staff was very helpful and michael at the front desk was great to make restraunt recommendations. Moreover the bathrooms were amazing.
