What Travellers Like

It has a long history of great service, caring staff and lots of facilities! The convinience of location goes without saying since the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from BART station (Bay Area subway system), the Tanforan mall, movie theater, a big shopping center with multiple restaurants, a grocery store, nail and hair salons - virtually EVERYTHING you'll ever need! But the main good thing about this place is the staff - dedicated, experienced people that have served millions over years (we have been staying there for over 6 years now). And the manager is the most helpful and sincere person you'll meet.. Read review

This hotel was above average. The Layout of the hotel was nice and the rooms are good size rooms. I traveled with a group of 5 and the two bedroom suite was more than enough room. i was very impressed with the high speed wifi. We had free breakfast everymorning and we even had a free happy hour (mon-thurs) all u can drink Beer and all u can eat pizza! The Staff was nice and attended to our request. The only bad thing about this hotel was the Parking. if you get in late (past 10pm) there is no parking left. this is a good hotel big groups.

This was by far THE best hotel experience we have probably ever had! Friendly staff, hotel shuttle, upgraded room, clean, comfortable. Staff was THE BEST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED!! THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER, FRIENDLIER, OR MORE HELPFUL! We travel at least twice a month, and if we could afford to stay here each time, we would! Thank you Staybridge! You made a hard trip, so much easier!
