Homestead San Francisco-Sfo - San Francisco, USA 

This is the worst ever - here's a list of the things wrong: sink and bathtub drains plugged, 4 people booked in room and there were 2 glasses and 3 mugs, double mattress pads placed on queen sized beds, mattresses were very noisy any time you moved, mattresses, bedspreads, drapes, carpet were extremely outdated as well as dirty, no ice machines (were told that there were no ice machines because there was a refrigerator in all rooms with ice trays (ours had 2 ice trays! 41;, the towels were were paper thin, no maid service, there was the remenants of used coffee in the coffee maker, shower curtain was filthy and the tv remote would turn the tv on but nothing else - called office and it was replaced - but still did not work.
