Worn and outdated rooms await you at this hotel

As a Hyatt Diamond member who has stayed at Hyatts thought out the world this has to be one of the worse. The lobby is nice, with a decent bar with nice views of the bay bridge and ferry buidling. The service is what you expect at a large scale tourist/convention hotel. For a four star hotel the rooms are horrible, they are outdated, worn looking and in deperate need of renovation. I booked a executive suite, and it was far from execuitive. The comforter on the bed was old and worn looking, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the windows were filthy, and the amenities were the basic hotel ones. Most rooms in this hotel do not have the Hyatt Grand Bed, just old worn ones. I've seen better quality at a 2 star hotel. This hotel basicly cateres to tourist and large conventions, if your looking for quality I would stay somewhere else. A the current rates offered you can get more for your money elsewhere.
