  • Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Checked in around 5 pm and was taken to our room on the 18th floor by our butler. She explained everything in the room to us.. Read review

  • My wife and I stayed in the executive suit, which included a corner "lot" (lots of windows), a king size bed, flat screen TV, 5 DVD-disc changer, stereo surround sound and a marble bathroom. I signed up for the holiday package, which included $40 for breakfast served in the room. Each room has central air/heat and my suite had a electronic touch-panel display that allows you to control the climate, drapes, and lights from the console. You dial the phone through this device too - which has a speakerphone and takes some getting used to. Service, atmosphere, and FOOD was all top-notch.. Read review

  • We booked a standard room for a medical conference but I guess due to my starwood preferred guest status ( and availability ) we were booked into a junior suite. My only beef for the remainder of the stay was the service ( or lack of ) out front as our cab pulled up. We were shown to our room by our butler, and given the demonstration on all of the features, which were really helpful since so many things were automated and controlled with the bedside controls. The best part was the living room, couch. Probably the most comfortable experience ever, to lounge on the couch in front of the plasma. Our suite was so nice we ate breakfast there every morning. The best way I can describe the service at this hotel, was that I never ever saw anybody from a service persepcive, yet whenever we needed anything at all, it seemed like somebody was immediately there to take care of it. There isn't much in terms of out-of-room dining, but the room service is well above average in terms of quality and selection. We didn't have much of a view from the room, but the view IN the room was nice enough.. Read review

  • I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it is very nice- great staff, very nice rooms decorated in a "boutique style" and quiet. The windows do open but when they are shut, it is very quiet. I thought it was a great value in a great location.. Read review

  • Arrived here to a very good reception, even though we were early, this wasn't mentioned. The butler who met us at our room, showed us all the controls for everything. Mentioned the free bottled water, which they would and did willingly resupply. Loved the fact the swimming pool was open 24 hours so when my partner and i returned after a night out, we just went for a swim. Oh and despite having a room facing the park, noise wasnt a problem, but maybe this is because it was a weekend. And lastly Michael who found us taxi whenever we needed one was a delight.. I normally cannot stay at a 5 star property like this on business, but since it was the only hotel in the area that was available it made since--it was cheaper than taking cabs to and from my smaller conference at a Market Square hotel. I experienced excellent room service--10 minutes in a sold out hotel...... Read entire review

The staff were very welcoming and competent, and the initial impression carried through my entire stay. The room was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Everything needed was provided including DVD player, mini-fridge, fax, printer, complimentary water, etc. In hotel restaurants were pricy but...... Read entire review
