Location is excellent, we have stayed in many of the Union Suare Hotels and the staff couldn't be any more hospitable. Overall the rooms are nice. . Read review

Location fantastic, hotel staff professional and helpful, the service was superb. The room was nice, food was also very good indeed.
Center of Union Square, nice hotel and reasonable price. Moreover the beautiful lobby and the helpful staff. Due
to the comfortable beds, the bar delightful and free wireless.
Toilet stuffed up, website "contact us" seemed useless for an international guest.
