The convenient location to union square and great hotel for the price. The front desk staff were pleasant.

Room was extremely small and the concierge was not knowledgeable.

The location is good - accessible to downtown locations and hotel staff very helpful - advice they gave allowed us to make the most of our time in the city. Great front desk service, they upgraded my room to Club room for free.

My teenage son didn't like the limited tv station selections and wait for breakfast buffet too long.
