The staff was most accommodating. When it was discovered that, after checkout and leaving, very important papers were left behind, a staff member - Viet - took the time after her shift search the trash for these papers. She found them and forwarded them on to us via mail. It is rare to find this kind of dedication to providing service to customers. The location great and good value. Very friendly staff as well and quiet rooms. The free coffee and about $20 for nice turkey dinner.

The location was excellent and this hotel was much less expensive. Service was good and the housekeeping maid made creative towel design everyday in my room.
