Great view from 16th floor, right close to Union Square and the staff are friendly. Moreover rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast is quite good.

Nice view, great hotel and at a good price. The lobby appeared very modern, friendly staff and the concierge was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the option of Japanese breakfast was appealing and interesting.
