We stayed at The Dana for 1 night (check in 12/15, check out 12/16) in the new Water's Edge Building in room 1205. Our room was in the 1000 building second floor. Comfortable beds (down pillows and comforters). Turn Down Service (booked room directly through The Dana with a promotional corporate rate). Complimentry Shuttle Service to Most Popular San Diego locations. No designated walk-ways to main lobby area, pools or Blue Pearl Restaurant; you end up walking through parking lots (we followed the map provided at check in). Light for the lanai did not turn off and had no designated on/off switch so the room was lit up while we were trying to sleep. We will stay here again though it will be at the new Water's Edge building.. Read review

Great location and convenient for beach. Good value and for a reasonable price. Friendly staff and paid more due to the fact that I could have a balcony.

Quiet location and great staff. As well as the restaurants and good facilities.

I have stayed in budget chain hotels that were furnished better and a light bulb out inside the room that was not fixed the entire week we were there.
