We knew the grounds were wonderful, but heard the rooms were awful. We were totally shocked when we walked into our room in the Pavillion tower on the 5th floor and found it to be very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with plenty of big fluffy towels. They went swimming in the one pool which is heated. They also enjoyed the hot tub, which was concrete, and more the size of a small pool. We appreciated the fact that the pool areas were always well-stocked with even bigger fluffy towels, so not only did the girls have something to wrap around them to keep warm walking back to the room at night, but we didn't have to waste our room towels at the pool.. Courteous staff, clean room and parking - cheap or. In addition hot coffee for breakfast and theres a good dinner/cafe. Gorgeous gardens.

Bad things: weird location, most places I stay have complimentary business use.

The staff at Charleys was great and the shower was definitely designed for the handicapped.

The rooms in this hotel were extremely dirty, the food at the restaurants onsite was overpriced and one of the pools we tried was not heated.

Primarily thanks to the great staff and well designed bathroom. Moreover nice pools.

Expected the outdated decor and a small child looked at us in the elevator. Old toilets, the breakfast buffet facility was so noisy that we could hardly hold a normal conversation.
