River Park Hotel & Suites - Miami, USA 

This is the most disgusting, incompetently run hotel I have ever visited. The place was filthy (there was a toilet in the lobby restroom that had gone uncleaned so long that the excrement in the bowl had solidified). The people who work there are rude, uncaring, unhelpful retards. The valet service is so bad we witnessed multiple people whose cars had been lost. The hotel staff recommended a shady, dishonest transportation company that ignored thequoted trip price. And none of the hotel’s phones worked for the 48 hours I was there.

Took my son there for spring break and it was an okay stay. However, it will not be my first choice of hotels if I ever decide to visit the area again. The parking was terrible and is not $19 like the receipt and internet says; it is actually $21 and the man working the front desk became a little upset with me when I brought it to his attention. He even crossed out the original price and put the higher price after I had signed the receipt; which I told him was not good business practices. The toilet did not work; which turned out to be a nightmare for my son who has an intestinal disorder. Our room overlooked the pool and after noticing how unkept it was, we decided against a swim. The telephone did not work, so we had to go downstairs with all of questions/concerns. Even though it was not what I had expected, the rooms were very clean.
