From the moment we walked into the lobby we had were pleasently surprised. Our bellman Carlos gave a quick tour as he escorted us to our room. The room was impeccable and a delight to the eye. Our requests for foam instead of down pillows, a rollaway bed for a friend that couldnt drive home and assistance with our dinner delivery was done in a professional and friendly manner each and every single time. Only negative was the noise from the hallways was easily heard inside the room but didnt disturb our sleep.. Read review
