We stayed in June 07 for one night, decor a bit dated but hotel in middle of I drive and view fab at night from room of I drive all lit up..Pointerosa all-you-can-eat breakfast across road,Supermarket next door and Wet n Wild 3 min walk...
hotel was clean, basic and quiet....good size 2 double beds so great for family room, clean bathroom....
It is good value for money, you get what you pay for...so if you want basic clean safe accomodation on I Drive then I recommend it...Willbe returning in Aug 08 for another night.

It was a great location right on International Dr. My husand and myslef enjoyed our weekend. We had a micro, fridge, coffeemaker in the room but no iron/ironboard. We checked in at about 11pm and it went really smooth.
The room smelled kind of musky but we made due.The beds were very comfortable and linens were totally clean.Housekeeping came during our stay and left our room spotless.IThe inside of the hotel was looking old and some parts dark.Their was no noise coming for anywhere. It was a good place to rest your head and shower was clean. So if all you are doing is going to the parks and only using hotel to shower and sleep then this is the place.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 14 nights and had an amazing holiday.
The hotel room was spotless and cleaned everyday, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view of I.Drive. There was also a fridge, microwave and free safe!
Down in reception Chuck the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly and there was a free shuttle everyday to Universal, Seaworld and Aquatica. If you miss it a taxi cost $6-7 and took 25 mins walk. There is a person on the universal desk but buying a flex ticket in the uk is definitely recommended as they try to get you to attend timeshare presentations for cheap tickets. The pool looked inviting but we just used Wet n Wild as its more fun! We were in the main building - the motel style building looked ok but it felt much safer having no outside room doors, the locked windows was a little annoying but the air con was fine if noisy.
The location was perfect for Universal and is opposite Wet n Wild, ponderosa and the sizzler. Both did great all u can eat breakfasts for $4-5 /?2-2.50!!! We did try Great western but it wasn't as good.
Also next door to the hotel is a Dairy Queen which does amazing ice cream sundaes and also a supermarket. Both sell 7 day I-ride passes and the stop is just outside, they go every 20 mins. I-ride takes you all the way to seaworld and aquatica. To go to Disneyworld and Downtown Disney you need to get off before the seaworld stop and cross the road to the stop opposite the Renaissance hotel to catch the Lynx 50 for $4 day pass. To get back you can either get the last i-ride at 10:30 from this stop or alternatively get the Lynx 8 on the seaworld side - this goes alot later so you can catch the Disney Fireworks.
Disney magic Kingdom is good for the little ones but as adults we were bored within 3 hours so recommend getting a multi park ticket so you can alternate between the other Disney parks and Magic Kingdom but be aware that the area is huge - apparently the size of manchester!!
If you love your coasters Busch gardens is a must - to get the Shuttle you need to get the tel no. from the universal reception and costs $10 return.
If you book with first choice and choose a car rental make sure you pay for insurance before leaving as Dollar wanted to charge us $780 for 2 weeks thats ?400!! Best to use local transport!!!
Gatorland is recommended and the manatee trip through Chuck was amazing - we swam with them and also saw dolphins on the airboat ride!!
We would definitely stay here again and it really was the best holiday ever!!!
