Book an executive suite or stay somewhere else!

If you have to stay at this hotel, make sure to get an executive suite in the main building...otherwise, you'll be singing the same tune as the many others that have stayed here and posted their review. This is NOT the Sheraton, that's for sure! The lobby is nice and the place has potential but needs a serious renovation...and they can start with the Econo Lodge out back that has all these people writing negative reviews! The executive suite isn't bad...the carpet looked kind of nasty, but the rest of the room seemed clean and smelled OK. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed so the flat sheet slipped off during the night and we found ourselves lying directly on the mattress which wasn't very appealing but it was our only complaint about the room. The customer service is non-exsistant...these people just don't care! They don't care if your room is dirty, if your lock doesn't work, if the ice machine is empty, if they booked the wrong room for you or if they lost your reservation. At least they didn't try to charge us for a bunch of extras...the room cost exactly what they said it would plus tax. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend unless they had nowhere else to stay and needed a cheap room near the airport for one night and I will tell them just what said here...make sure to book an Executive Suite or you will be sorry!

GROSS- NASTY- HORRIBLE- Smelled like curry plus poo - the stupid receptionist was too busy reading her romance novel to help me, and when she did she just gave me a paper and pencil to write my info on - Bed smelled like nasty human skin and even more nasty GENERIC perfume - Bathroom floor was covered in a thick sticky good - the running water smelled like it was recycled water -(WE BRUSHED OUR TEETH AT MCDONALDS NEXT DOOR!!!- WANTED TO CURL UP AND DIE! DO NO STAY HERE! The guy at hotels.com was a BOATER and said SHERATON instead of NASTY SHERIDAN - AND NEVER EMAILED ME A CONFIRMATION (I would have cancelled in a heartbeat)... CALLED AND GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!

EEWW... I cannot even begin to explain the fowlness of this place. We thought we were going to the "Sheriton" but we booked at the "Sheridan". The room was damp and musty and smelled like somebody sprayed generic air freshener to cover up the odor. There was black mold caked on the walls in the bathroom. We slept with t-shirts covering the pillows and we didn't dare touch the comforter. Thank god we were only there for about 8 hours. DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION AT THIS PLACE. SPEND THE EXTRA $20 AND GO TO THE HILTON.
