2Overall this was a nice alternative to staying on any Disney property resort. It was clean and close to the attractions we were attending. The problem was two things:
1.) The staff is inept in treating customers well. They seemed to have a careless attitude. When you do ask someone something, youare referred to a "Concierge" who thinks their only job is is to sell tickets or services to you. Very unpleasant! I called and asked where I could find a Mexican resteraunt near the hotel. The concierge gave me the name to a resteraunt called "Guadalajara's". I asked her for a phone # or address so I could get directions since our family of 7 adults and one child could eat after a long day at the parks. She told me that she would get right back to me with that info. One half hour later I called her back up to which she tells me she didnt know that info, & that "I could call 411 if I wanted to know it". - What the hell! She asaid it was a resteraunt next to her house but she didnt know anything else. She would have never called us back & I would still be waiting for the infio. This is just one of many issues with their customer support or lack of support.
2.) They claim to have a "Business Center" which is a room with a few computers. To access the internet it costs $2.50/minute. There was no support so when I needed to print there was no paper in the printer. No person to ask any questions to. Give me a "Royale" break. This hotel doesnt really give a rats butt about their customers especially their customers who have business needs.
On a positive note, the rooms were clean and roomy and the maids cleaned very well and were friendly. From 1 - 5, I give it a 2.0. Someone please tell them to learn some customer service and not pounce on everyone to buy tickets & services!
