Although the grounds were impressive, the service was lousy. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights/5 days and during the entire time, I didn't receive any customary room cleaning to include the making of the beds. And, when I complained to the female representative on duty, I was told that the situation would be investigated and corrected immediately, but nothing was ever done. As for the room, the quality of the furniture ws moderate but, for the price, it was certainly acceptable. On a positive note, the check in clerk, Mr X, was very professional

Every thing was almost perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and the front desk was very pleasant, but there was one problem that made my stay fearful and that was palmetto and earwig bugs in the suite. If I did not have a fear for bugs, my stay would have been perfect.

We had a fantastic time in Orlando! And our place was just what we needed, even though we were rarely there! Cant believe we got such a clean, nice suite for such a low price. Definately would stay again!

We just returned from our stay at Blue Tree Resort Lake Buena Vista and well all in all it was nice. It is always nice to have your own kitchen. We had a rental car to drive to and from the Parks and it is well needed. It is about a 4 minute drive from the hotel. The pools are nice and I like the idea it has more than one. The condo's all in all were a fair size but I would not imagine spending more than $110/per night for the two bedroom rooms. Nice place though and very friendly staff...
