We just returned from our stay at Blue Tree Resort Lake Buena Vista and well all in all it was nice. It is always nice to have your own kitchen. We had a rental car to drive to and from the Parks and it is well needed. It is about a 4 minute drive from the hotel. The pools are nice and I like the idea it has more than one. The condo's all in all were a fair size but I would not imagine spending more than $110/per night for the two bedroom rooms. Nice place though and very friendly staff...

We stayed at the SPM Blue Tree Resort for our Disney vacation during June 12 through the 25th. The location is great. Very easy access to the Disney parks, and SeaWorld. The resort was convenient to several restaurants, shopping; a Walgreen's across the street, and a Winn Dixie grocery store was one light north of the resort. The full kitchen was an asset. We had breakfast at the condo every morning and made lunches to take with us to the parks. By planning supper meals, we could buy the food we needed and have only a little waste to throw away at the end of our stay. Our condo was a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms; I highly recommend you get a two bedroom unit for a family. Putting the kids to bed in their own room and having a living room to sit and unwind after a full day is a must. There are 4 swimming pools, and at least two are heated. Our two children enjoyed swim time between our park visits. Our room itself was very nice. It was clean and nicely furnished. This condo wasn't a brand new unit, but the unit was well maintained and clean. We will stay here again. I'm glad we didn't pay attention to all the negative reviews. Just be sure to check prices with all the internet sites before you book.
