stayed here 14 to 28th november, rooms were clean and comfortable only slight critisism is that tha taps etc were bit rusty and could do with updating, but other than that no complaints about the rooms, were clean, comfortable and serviced very well on a daily basis. Had tennis courts, the pool was great and the large hot outdoor jacuzzis great to relax in after being on your feet all day. Has a laundry if you need to do washing and a little shop that sells snacks toiletries etc...the only let down was eating there, the food was fine but over priced and the bar ,eating area dark and not very comfortable but that was only a minor gripe, as with the iride stop just outside and a 5 min walk to international drive you did not have to go far to find any kind of food you want. We got a great deal and were happy with the hotel was a great base in good location the staff poliet friendly and helpful and i would stay there again.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. It took them 24 hours to decide to move us to another room after getting the keys replaced about 6 times the first day. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly. The first night we were in a smoking room (which was on a smoking floor - disgusting). The room wasn't that clean. We requested a room change and the hotel couldn't honor it the first night because /c they were full, but the second night we were in a nonsmoking room (which was a lot cleaner). The bedding was comfortable. The shower wasn't exactly hot water though. No continental breakfast.

I've stayed here on business several times. I keep coming back because of it's proximity to my customer locations and it's affordability.

The bathrooms were not fixed up around the tub/floor area. It was not as clean as it could be.
