The hotel was extremely nice and conveniently close to theme parks and many great restaurants. Hotel’s website offered a great rate (which was an excellent value) and we booked our room online with ease. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to the north tower for a little extra. Rooms were luxurious and the sleep number bed was heavenly! Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and our clogged up showerhead was replaced immediately. Awesome rooms (North tower) and great service.. Read review

We were upgraded to the Delux side of the property (even though we had only paid £26 per night), the staff were fantastic, our room was huge (1st floor at the end) had a superking, 2 tvs, table/chairs, sitting area, large bathroom. All very clean, lovely outside bar, pool open till late, nice gardens, easy to find parking space. The location was great, right in the middle of I-drive but no noise as most of the hotels are set back from the road, easy to walk to local restaurants etc. Only ate at the restaurant once but it was lovely (and the small snack bar/starbucks in the lobby was great for little snaks).. We had great service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Good food via room service and delivered pretty quickly. They could stand to redecorate but the room and bathroom were very clean. We also had a nice view of the pool and the tennis court. The pool is very large and very warm (as opposed to some of the other hotels in Orlando who claim to have heated pools but don't). The pool bar is convenient as is parking. The hotel is in a great location and within a short walking distance to 3 grocery stores. This is by no means a luxery hotel but I was very happy staying there for the price we paid!. Read review
