We stayed here as a group of 6 people. I realise it was a budget hotel and not on the main strip of International Drive but the service was appalling, the reception staff are not very helpful it took us 4 hours to check in as they could not find our booking and told us to do all the ringing around to solve the problem instead of offering us a phone or offering any help. The house keeping service was very basic. The corridors were very smelly. The so called Gift Shop comprises of a drink vending machine and a chair & table!! It then took us 30 minutes to check out because of incompent staff.......We have stayed in Florida before and the service was nothing like this from another budget hotel..I wont reccomend this place to anyone...There is however a good irish bar next door to drown your sorrows!!!!!!!!!

We were after a budget hotel and Thomas Cook came up with this. We thought it would be great, as we didn't have the car, as was told it was just off idrive. Well it is quite a bit of a walk to the nearest north south i trolley stop. There is a stop outside the hotel, but it isn't the main line one. Check i ride website to see what I mean and where these get you. As for the hotel, it was so damp everywhere. They had a lot of dehumidifiers everywhere but they don't seem to be working too well. I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet ,100% sure it was that, as it is the only thing my o/h and I didn't eat the same, and I was ill, he wasn't. I also got a very bad ear infection from the pool. We now stay at the Clarion Universal which is currently 100th on here at a very similar price. I deffinately wouldn't ever go back here.
