THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME FOR THE PRICE, JUST A BLOCK TO WET N WILD, AND 30 SECONDS IN CAR TO UNIVERSAL AND ISLAND OF ADVENTURE. EVERYTHING IS GOOD.

The hotel was located in an excellent location. I did not feel the Swan was as clean as it should be. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the last Priceline hotel I stayed at I received the wireless Internet at no charge, this hotel charged ten dollars a day plus the Internet service charged ten dollars which is a total of twenty dollars a day. You can just drive down the road a block at several eateries who let you use their Internet for free. I did purchase the hotel's Internet, but then I could not receive it in my room, I was very disappointed and asked for a refund from the Internet company I purchased it from. I did not like the room decor at all. My overall experience was disappointing of this hotel. Also, the maid service did not meet my expectations. I have been using Priceline for approximately five or more years. I do hope when I return to Orlando I will not be assigned this hotel, because I will always return to Priceline first, before I try something else.

I only recommend this hotel as a one star hotel for persons who just need a quick place to stay and dash off!

mala atencion , demasiado ruido externo ,mala limpieza, las llaves se bloquean hasta tres veces al dia , mal servicio en el loby, mala calidad en general , muy descontento si tuviera la posibilidad de que me devolvieran el dinero seria muy justo ante la mala estadia en este hotel
