Hotel was just plain nasty. Sorry. Carpet was wet, bathroom smelled of mildew, Tv remote had band-aids holding the batteries in, the iron and ironing board holder was torn off the wall and setting in a wooden box (your closet), under the broken suit case stand. I have never done this, but I kept looking - finding more things wrong and I gave keys back and told the front desk that I was leaving. Basically, it appears this hotel was some other hotel, Baymont bought it and may renovate it some day. There was no visible entrance or lobby as you drive up. There was like a "side door" and when you went in, there was a lobby, but from outside you cant tell. The hotel's 5' tall sign was covered with a weathered banner that said Baymont. I was lost for over 30 minutes becuase I couldn't find this place becuase I couldn't see a sign anywhere. Another run down, foreign-owned, don't care, dirty, smelly environment. Please do not consider staying here. Even with the large conventions, there are plenty of reasonable hotels in the area for $*/night.

Couldnt check in til after 3. Noise from above until 1am. Too many kids with no adult supervision allowed to stay here. Breakfast sucked. I could have done better with a $29 a night room.

I had booked 1 room with 2 double beds as we had 4 adults in our party. Reservation was made 8 days in advance. Reaching there I was offered the room with only 1 bed which was definitely not enough for all four of us. So when I asked manager that I had booked a room with 2 beds he said that they are overbooked and this is the only thing he can offer me. When I showed lot of my frustration after a while he offered me a room with 2 beds which was meant for disabled people. Manager was very arrogant. I had no choice but to accept that. Room was smelling very bad. There was only one small trash basket that too in the bathroom. Biggest problem was no microwave and fridge in the room. I feel like this is basic amenity and even roadside hotels also offer it. Finally we had to use lobby microwave for our food which was not very convenient. The only thing I liked was bed was good. We also did not appreciate breakfast much as most of the stuff was finished by 8 am and not much choice was there as compared to other hotels we stayed at.

THE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK, THE LCD ON THE ALARM CLOCK DID NOT WORK , THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY, WHEN ARRIVING. I ADVISED THE DESK OF THIS AND TO MY DISMAY , NOTHING WAS DONE TO CORRECT THIS. WHEN WE RETURNED BACK TO THE ROOM LATER THAT NIGHT , THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AND THE BED NOT MADE. IF YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED, STAY HERE.

Though there were a lot of families there our room was reasonably quiet.
The staff was excellent, the room clean though a little stale which freshened up quickly with the fan.
