The greeting upon check-in was very friendly and courteous. Originally a non-smoking room was all that presented available, however the staffmember on duty ask for optional needs and accomodated with a smoking room which really pleased the additional members of the party. The provided room also offered a good view of the pool area and the hotel's tropical fauna from an attached balcony. The only negative about the room was about the television's lack of video access by gaming or other appliances.. Read review
