You do get what you pay for, and perhaps being a Priority Club member helps when the hotel is sold out, but we were placed on the Executive Floor which had a beautiful, spacious room (once we figured out that the door handle goes up, not down). The grounds are beautiful and the exercise room is much better than in many hotels. We didn't use the pool, but it was heated and huge. We were so happy we tried to book for another night and cancel our other reservation, but alas it was totally sold out - this was March after all, not August.. Read review

Business center with printer for free use by guests. Rooms good sized with nice decorations and extremely clean. He determined TV needed to be replaced and said he would bring an new TV. He arrived at the room within 5 minutes and explained they had no extra TV's and had new keys with him for a room change. Its not problems, its how they are handled that shows quality of service.. This is a very clean, well-appointed hotel right at the on-ramp to the airport terminals. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi, fitness area, and open lobby with breakfast area and raised lounge. The room was spotless and the staff exceptionally professional. Priority Club members may be placed on the executive floor (top floor) where guests get little perks like in-room robes and a complimentary Starbucks machine on the floor that grinds the beans just for you. The floor is also locked by room key cards for added security and privacy.. Read review
