I read the reviews AFTER I made the reservation so I was scared to stay at this hotel but was pleasantly surprised to find it was clean and had a freindly staff. The hotel has a great location right off Hwy 4 and looked great from the outside. The lobby and hallways need a little touch up but the rooms were perfect and comfortable.. Read review

Supposedly there is new ownership/management, which sounds like they are doing a good job, as I thought the room was nice and recently renovated. The internet access and water pressure were both strong.. Read review

We were here for the HOT WATER TOUR and everything was great. The price was outstanding for the value and the venue was less than a mile from the hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly and the breakfast was very good.. Read review

Pool was ice cold and not a place for children to enjoy. The cleaning staff do a good job but they are working with an old hotel. Staff were very pleasant overall and the buffet restaurant staff made us feel welcome.. Read review

Worst La Quinta I Have Ever Seen Posted: Tue, Mar 10 2009
Location: 3Rooms: 3Service: 0.2Value: 2Dining: 1
La Quinta usually has clean accommodating rooms but this one, you get in the elevator and it sounds like its about to fall apart, you walk down the halls, the carpets are stained, the paint on the walls and doors is chipped and dinged and when you try to go in your room you have to turn the door handle up instead of down to get in the room (had to go all the way back down stairs to the desk to figure out that trick) . I get in the room and it smells like a combination of mold, air freshener. Don't get me started on the Continental Breakfast (Another worst) the french toast stick were hard on the outside and mushy in the middle, just tossed in the serving pan and topped with chunks of powdered sugar (And yes I did say chunks), the sausage gravy looked like a combination of thickened dirty dish water and gravel, and the Potatoes (Forget about it). I travel a lot and this is truly the worst La Quinta if not the worst reputable (I thought reputable) hotel I have ever stayed in. If you have any standards AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!
Stayed 2 nights, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the shower was the best hotel shower I've experienced in awhile. Plenty of great restaurants in the area.

The rooms reaked even worse, the beds were uncomfortable and i wasn't able to sleep till about 4 in the morning because of a loud humming noise that would not shut off. The bathroom was dirty and the management was unconcerned with our complaints and all I received when I gave the lady at the front desk my review was a shrug of her shoulders.
