Staying at Homestead Suites was a totally positive experience, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very good. This is really a great value!!

I'm not a big critic, but there's nothing special about this place. I paid a little less than some other places in the area, but I can see why. The rooms are a tad small, and the place just didn't really feel fresh or clean, neither in the rooms or throughout the property. I took a look at some other extended stay brands in the area while I was in town and found them to be much better. I was in town for a friends wedding, and I would have had a much better experience down the street. I wish they'd have booked the rooms there.

We booked a 1 bedroom queen suite for our visit to Disney and with family. Our arrival was somewhat late, but we were greeted promptly and courteously. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. The best and closest grocery store we were directed to was Albertson's, which was just around the corner. The room was big enough for our family of 4-my husband and I had the bedroom, our boys had the pull-out in the living area. There was a bbq grill by the pool for guest use at no charge. The pool was open quite late--the children loved it even though it was unheated. Room was very clean, adequately supplied. Cleaning service every day to remove trash, change linens, etc. The cleaning staff was very friendly. It was located perfectly for visiting our family and going to Orlando and/or Disney. It was just a few blocks off the exit to get there or to leave, shopping centers just blocks away also. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and a good value for what we paid. We WILL stay here again next year and every time we go to Florida for vacation.
