Hot tub was very dirty and ...complimentary toiletries were limited to shampoo and a miniture cake of soap...breakfast buffet was a joke...out of everything, 1 1/2 hours before it was over 4Rooms: 3.5Service: 2Value: 2more on Travelocity

I'm not a huge critic but you can do better. We moved to the Candlewood up the road, paid a little less in fact, although I'd have been glad to pay more, and got a full kitchen in a much cleaner and larger room. And the staff was great too. The lady at the La Quinta barely said a word to me at check in. I mean LaQuinta was ok, but you could get way more for the money. I was in town for a 2 week period and having the kitchen and free laundry was a great feature. Very convenient. Saved me from eating out everyday!! They would barely speak to us and spoke another language which made us feel like they were talking about us. The hot tub didn't work and the pool had leaves all over in it. There is no towels to use outside for the pool and we went inside to ask for them and they gave us stained ones. The lounge chairs were so dirty that we had to use our towels to sit down on. We ended up going back inside and cry! The bed sheets were ripped and the floors were dirty, there was no way I would let my little one play on the floor or any of us go bare footed. The bathroom mirror was filthy. It looked like they hadn't emptied the trash in weeks as it was over flowing outside the door. Need I say more? 4Rooms: 2.5Service: 1Value: 1.3more on Travelocity
