The view from the room was excellent and the hotel was overall very good. The woman at the front desk was wonderful in so many ways and the employees were extremely nice. Check-in was flawless. . Read review

Well, after driving 9 hours and spending the entire day at Universal Studios, we checked into the hotel around 3:30. Once we got everything in the room, I went to the use the bathroom and noticed that the toilet had dried urine on it and there was pubic hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. I immediately called the front desk and told them about the situation and a lady from laundry came to our room with the Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager asked me what I wanted him to do about the situation and of course I told him that I did not want to move to another room that was also going to be dirty and wanted the room to be cleaned immediately. We began looking at the room closer and noticed that the small dining table had dried food on it, the matresses were soiled, there was trash and food under the beds and in the corners of the wall, the balcony door would not lock, the dresser and night stand were dusty,etc. The lady from laundry, who was very helpful, was embarrassed that we had got a room that was so dirty. After going to the front desk and complaining more, I found out that the housekeeper had left work early and our room was one of the last rooms on her list!. Read review
