Residence Inn Marriott Lk B - Orlando, USA 

Travelers should beware! Our recent stay at this hotel was a nightmare! First, we did not receive the type of room that we had orginally reserved. We counldn't even get foam pillows, which we had also requested in advance. The hotel wreaked of foul air fresheners applied in attempts to mask over otherwise musky odors in the rooms and corridors. The staff, especially managemen was rude and less than helpful when we advised them that we weren't able to sleep through the night because all of the noise outside our room. Also, expect to pay additional charges tacked onto your bill after you check out; management at this hotel has no problem making unauthorized charges to your credit card after you leave.

We stayed at the residence inn for a couple of nights in may... we had a 2 bed suite and the room was clean, nicely laid out with good ammenties... took us a while to find the hotel as its tucked away at the back but if you have a car then its not a problem. It'd be nice if the hotel had a balcony but seemed only a few in the area did. For the price we paid for the hotel, significantly cheaper then most in that area i think it was a great deal.. contrary to some reviews i wouldn't go as far as saying its the best hotel in the area.. but if you want a nice hotel to stay in without breaking the bank.. its a superb bet! I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, did the job, but i think the options were far a few.. but that could be because of the sheer number of people they have to cater for? The hotel was close to the outlets which is convenient and was a very short drive away from the downtown disney.. would defnitely stay again and would definitely reccomend!
