We stayed in a 3 bedroomed condo in building 5 which was furthest away from the pool but it seemed the quietest building. Fisrtly the current pool is totally inadequate and very busy, a new one is being built but is well behind schedule. The room was spacious with a nice spa bath & good shower unit. Dishwasher, washing machine provided ( take your own washer tabs though). Large tv with 50 channels and one in each bedroom. You do get noise from the condo above and from outside , people do shout at 1am and make sure you are away from the lifts. I did email the resort twice for a quiet room I never got a reply but was quite happy and the real noise issue was over the 4th July weekend when it was busy. Its very handy for Disney and close to the Interstate. The shop is open 24 hours with a pizza hut inside its very overpriced but handy. Nearby are the Factory stores which has a food court. Overall we felt it was good value for money with good facilities just needs the pool sorting out.

I reserved a water view suite w/ 2 queen beds from The Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa and reservered it a good 2 weeks in advance. When i got there, they did not have 2 queens. They decided to give us 1 king and offered to give us a roll away bed for "no extra charge". Which I was quite insulted, instead of fixing their mistake they act like out of generousity they won't chargeus for something they should have provided from the start. Water view was on the other side of the hotel, which made us walk to the other side of the hotel, passed the pool. We got to the room, it was nice but directly next to the pool and the view was quite terrible, I was expecting a water view, not a pool, according to them, seeing a pool is considered a water view. At 7:30am they turned on loud music at the pool, which of course woke us all up and they don't turn off the music till almost 2am. I made my complaints to the hotel but they won't move you till the next day and I only stayed at the hotel 2 days, and they decided to only refund $30 which was the resort fees. I highly suggest avoiding this hotel or don't get a suite. You are better off getting a good night sleep in a small and more affordable room.
