Second time here even better than the first. A wonderful escape from the Disney circus. Freindly. Rented a 3-Bedroom Villa for 5 nights and could not have been happier. Clean, accommodating. Comfortable beds, fun pools, etc. Could use a few additional dining options on the grounds.

This was much nicer than I expected actually - it is much more like a resort; with a number of pools, golf courses and individual hotel buildings. They also had LOTS of activities going on for families with children. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. All staff was friendly as well. It was also nice that the room had a fridge, microwave and plates/silverware. The only complaint that I had was that I could hear the plumbing from other rooms around me.

Just great. Went first time 2 years ago going in a week for a second time! I like the med feel and they staff was great company with great things for my family! Very close to almost everywhere! Great rooms! made it feel really at home! Haven't had anything wrong yet? Fingers crossed this holiday goes as seems less as the last! can't wait!

Loved the Grande Vista.

Check in was a breeze, asked for a newly renovated room with a golf view which we got. The rooms were big with a relatively soulless bathroom. The room had a microwave, a coffee maker and a fridge. The bed was king sized and was comfortable, there was also a sofa bed in the room. The concierge people was helpful and informative. This hotel is so huge, getting from one part to another is a good 6-8 mins walk, there is a courtesy shuttle to take you around but not worth the wait. There are a couple of onsite restaurants with a marketplace near the reception which was convenient. The hotel is near Sea World and approx 20 min drive to Universal and 30 min to Disney parks.
